Agackorur ranks 18th by electorate among the 54 localities of Varto; it had 350 registered voters at the 2023 parliamentary election.
Yeşil Sol Parti took 239 of the 275 valid votes cast in the neighborhood at that election (86.9%). That puts the neighborhood 4.3 points above the party's district average. In the presidential runoff Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu took 97.6% here — 8.3 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 86.2% of the neighborhood voted 'no' — level with the district average.
The neighborhood has stayed on the same line since 2014: the same political line has finished first in all of the last 7 elections (BDP in 2014, Yeşil Sol Parti in 2015, HDP in 2019, DEM Parti in 2024). The electorate grew from 113 registered voters in 2011 to 350 in 2023 — a change of about 210 percent. Turnout at the 2024 local election was 81.2%, 14.3 points above the district average. Yeşil Sol Parti recorded its highest share at the 2015 parliamentary election with 88.6%.
