Caltili is one of the localities of Varto. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 30 voters were registered there for the 2015 parliamentary election.

26 people voted at that election. Yeşil Sol Parti took the most votes with 21; CHP followed with 5. Yeşil Sol Parti's share here is 10.3 points below the district average.
