How Golyayla votes

Golyayla is one of the localities of Varto. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 75 voters were registered there for the 2015 parliamentary election.

64 people voted at that election. Yeşil Sol Parti took the most votes with 50; CHP followed with 7. Yeşil Sol Parti's share here is 11.7 points below the district average. In the presidential election, 76 of 83 valid votes went to Selahattin Demirtaş; across the district that share was 88.1%. At the 2017 referendum 45 of 50 valid votes were 'no'; across the district the 'no' share was 86.1%.

At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to CHP with 19 votes, while Varto as a whole was won by DEM Parti. Turnout at the 2024 local election was 56.2%, 10.6 points below the district average.
