How Guzelkent votes

Guzelkent is one of the localities of Varto. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 163 voters were registered there for the 2015 parliamentary election.

141 people voted at that election. Yeşil Sol Parti took the most votes with 133; CHP followed with 7. Yeşil Sol Parti's share here is 3.3 points above the district average. In the presidential election, 149 of 175 valid votes went to Selahattin Demirtaş; across the district that share was 88.1%. At the 2017 referendum 118 of 128 valid votes were 'no'; across the district the 'no' share was 86.1%.

At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to CHP with 106 votes, while Varto as a whole was won by DEM Parti. Turnout at the 2024 local election was 78.8%, 12.0 points above the district average.
