How Haksever votes

Haksever ranks 12th by electorate among the 54 localities of Varto; it had 484 registered voters at the 2023 parliamentary election.

Yeşil Sol Parti took 90.6% in the neighborhood at that election. Across Varto the same party stood at 82.6%, putting the neighborhood 8.1 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu took 91.1% here and 89.2% across the district. At the 2017 referendum 88.9% of the neighborhood voted 'no'; across the district that was 86.1%.

The neighborhood has stayed on the same line since 2014: the same political line has finished first in all of the last 7 elections (BDP in 2014, Yeşil Sol Parti in 2015, HDP in 2019, DEM Parti in 2024). Yeşil Sol Parti stood at 99.7% at the 2015 parliamentary election and fell to 90.6% by 2023. Turnout at the 2024 local election was 49.6%, 17.3 points below the district average.
