How Yayla votes

A single ballot box served Yayla at the 2023 parliamentary election, with 80 registered voters; that places it 50th among the 54 localities of Varto.

65 people voted at that election. Yeşil Sol Parti took the most votes with 61; MHP followed with 3. Yeşil Sol Parti's share here is 11.3 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff, 62 of 65 valid votes went to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu — 6.2 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 42 of 52 valid votes were 'no' — 5.3 points below the district average.

The neighborhood has stayed on the same line since 2014: the same political line has finished first in all of the last 6 elections (BDP in 2014, Yeşil Sol Parti in 2015, HDP in 2019, DEM Parti in 2024).
