Same place, formerly a town. Until 2014 this was the town (belde) of Çiçekli; when Law 6360 abolished the municipality it became today's neighborhood. The pre-2014 results on this page belong to that period; we combined them on one page so the place's history reads continuously.

Cicekli is one of the localities of Edremit; it had 2,955 registered voters at the 2018 parliamentary election.
Yeşil Sol Parti took 73.6% in the neighborhood at that election. Across Edremit the same party stood at 57.2%, putting the neighborhood 16.5 points above the district average. In the presidential election Selahattin Demirtaş took 74.0% here and 54.9% across the district. At the 2017 referendum 65.8% of the neighborhood voted 'no'; across the district that was 56.3%.
The neighborhood has stayed on the same line since 2014: the same political line has finished first in all of the last 6 elections (BDP in 2014, Yeşil Sol Parti in 2015). Yeşil Sol Parti stood at 90.0% at the 2015 parliamentary election and fell to 73.6% by 2018. At the 2009 local election the neighborhood went to AK Parti with 38.1%, while Edremit as a whole was won by DTP. Turnout at the 2009 local election was 90.2%, 7.2 points above the district average.
