How Kockoy votes

Kockoy ranks 64th by electorate among the 71 localities of Tuşba. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 97 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.

73 people voted at that election. Yeşil Sol Parti took the most votes with 63; AK Parti followed with 6. Yeşil Sol Parti's share here is 35.4 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff, 49 of 60 valid votes went to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu; across the district that share was 59.6%. At the 2017 referendum 45 of 83 valid votes were 'no'; across the district the 'no' share was 53.6%.

The neighborhood has stayed on the same line since 2014: the same political line has finished first in all of the last 13 elections (BDP in 2014, Yeşil Sol Parti in 2015, HDP in 2019, DEM Parti in 2024).
