Same place, formerly a village. This was the village of Yesılkoy; the 2014 reorganization (Law 6360) turned it into a neighborhood. The pre-2014 results on this page belong to that period.

Yesilkoy ranks 12th by electorate among the 71 localities of Tuşba; it had 672 registered voters at the 2023 parliamentary election.
Yeşil Sol Parti took 57.2% in the neighborhood at that election. Across Tuşba the same party stood at 53.3%, putting the neighborhood 3.9 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu took 73.6% here and 59.6% across the district. At the 2017 referendum 93.2% of the neighborhood voted 'no'; across the district that was 53.6%.
The neighborhood has stayed on the same line since 2014: the same political line has finished first in all of the last 13 elections (BDP in 2014, Yeşil Sol Parti in 2015, HDP in 2019, DEM Parti in 2024). Yeşil Sol Parti stood at 95.3% at the 2015 parliamentary election and fell to 57.2% by 2023. Turnout at the 2023 parliamentary election was 55.5%, 22.0 points below the district average.
