How Asagiculhali votes

With 117 voters on the roll at the 2023 parliamentary election, Asagiculhali stands 61st among the 97 localities of Akdağmadeni, and its votes were cast at one ballot box.

The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to MHP with 54 votes, while across Akdağmadeni the leading party was AK Parti, with MHP here running 29.4 points above its district average. In the presidential runoff, 93 of 98 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — 13.7 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 111 of 117 valid votes were 'yes' — 15.6 points above the district average.

The tightest race came at the 2019 local election: MHP took 67 votes to AK Parti's 64 — a margin of just 3 votes. The electorate shrank from 187 registered voters in 2011 to 117 in 2023 — a change of about 37 percent. Turnout at the 2024 local election was 89.8%, 12.5 points above the district average.
