How Demirseyh votes

A single ballot box served Demirseyh at the 2023 parliamentary election, with 67 registered voters; that places it 79th among the 97 localities of Akdağmadeni.

52 people voted at that election. AK Parti took the most votes with 41; Yeniden Refah followed with 7. AK Parti's share here is 34.4 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff, 48 of 51 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — 12.9 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 40 of 42 valid votes were 'yes' — 16.0 points above the district average.

Turnout at the 2024 local election was 67.7%, 9.6 points below the district average. At the 2024 local election the village went to AK Parti with 19 votes, while Akdağmadeni as a whole was won by MHP. The picture has not changed since 2009: AK Parti has finished first in all of the last 9 elections. The tightest race came at the 2024 local election: AK Parti took 19 votes to MHP's 16 — a margin of just 3 votes.
