How Huyuklualani votes

With 55 voters on the roll at the 2023 parliamentary election, Huyuklualani stands 86th among the 97 localities of Akdağmadeni, and its votes were cast at one ballot box.

The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to İYİ Parti with 42 votes, while across Akdağmadeni the leading party was AK Parti, with İYİ Parti here running 63.8 points above its district average. In the presidential runoff, 52 of 58 valid votes went to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu — 70.9 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 36 of 38 valid votes were 'no' — 74.0 points above the district average.

Turnout at the 2024 local election was 98.0%, 20.6 points above the district average. The tightest race came at the 2009 local election: MHP took 46 votes to CHP's 33 — a margin of just 13 votes. At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to CHP with 77 votes, while Akdağmadeni as a whole was won by MHP. First place has changed hands 3 times here since 2009.
