Karahisartatlisi is one of the localities of Akdağmadeni. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 99 voters were registered there for the 2018 parliamentary election.

78 people voted at that election. AK Parti took the most votes with 39; MHP followed with 22. AK Parti's share here is 5.2 points below the district average.
