With 90 voters on the roll at the 2023 parliamentary election, Pasabey stands 73rd among the 97 localities of Akdağmadeni, and its votes were cast at one ballot box.
65 people voted at that election. AK Parti took the most votes with 48; Yeniden Refah followed with 10. AK Parti's share here is 29.4 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff, 67 of 69 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — 15.9 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 77 of 78 valid votes were 'yes' — 19.5 points above the district average.
The electorate shrank from 211 registered voters in 2011 to 90 in 2023 — a change of about 57 percent. Turnout at the 2024 local election was 65.6%, 11.7 points below the district average. The tightest race came at the 2019 local election: MHP took 49 votes to AK Parti's 43 — a margin of just 6 votes. At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to AK Parti with 33 votes, while Akdağmadeni as a whole was won by MHP.
