How Sagiroglu votes

Sagiroglu ranks 90th by electorate among the 97 localities of Akdağmadeni. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 47 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.

44 people voted at that election. AK Parti took the most votes with 31; MHP followed with 7. AK Parti's share here is 26.0 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff, 38 of 38 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — 18.8 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 34 of 35 valid votes were 'yes' — 17.9 points above the district average.

Turnout at the 2023 parliamentary election was 93.6%, 13.7 points above the district average. The tightest race came at the 2024 local election: AK Parti took 17 votes to Yeniden Refah's 11 — a margin of just 6 votes. At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to AK Parti with 17 votes, while Akdağmadeni as a whole was won by MHP. The picture has not changed since 2009: AK Parti has finished first in all of the last 9 elections.
