How Sekikasi votes

Sekikasi ranks 94th by electorate among the 97 localities of Akdağmadeni. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 33 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.

29 people voted at that election. AK Parti took the most votes with 16; MHP followed with 6. AK Parti's share here is 10.7 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff, 25 of 29 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — 5.0 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 41 of 41 valid votes were 'yes' — 20.8 points above the district average.

At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to AK Parti with 20 votes, while Akdağmadeni as a whole was won by MHP. The picture has not changed since 2009: AK Parti has finished first in all of the last 9 elections. Turnout at the 2024 local election was 90.6%, 13.3 points above the district average. The tightest race came at the 2018 parliamentary election: AK Parti took 22 votes to MHP's 9 — a margin of just 13 votes.
