With 21 voters on the roll at the 2023 parliamentary election, Agilli stands 22nd among the 25 localities of Aydıncık, and its votes were cast at one ballot box.

The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to İYİ Parti with 10 votes, while across Aydıncık the leading party was AK Parti, with İYİ Parti here running 30.5 points above its district average. In the presidential runoff, 12 of 21 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — 23.4 points below the district average.
