Kiyikisla ranks 23rd by electorate among the 25 localities of Aydıncık. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 20 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.
The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to İYİ Parti with 12 votes, while across Aydıncık the leading party was AK Parti with 48.1%, leaving İYİ Parti at 19.5%. In the presidential runoff, 13 of 21 valid votes went to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu; across the district that share was 19.5%. At the 2010 referendum 8 of 12 valid votes were 'no'; across the district the 'no' share was 16.6%.
At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to MHP with 11 votes, while Aydıncık as a whole was won by AK Parti. Turnout at the 2024 local election was 77.4%, 11.3 points below the district average.
