Same place, formerly a town. Until 2014 this was the town (belde) of Devecipınar; when Law 6360 abolished the municipality it became today's neighborhood. The pre-2014 results on this page belong to that period; we combined them on one page so the place's history reads continuously.

Devecipinar ranks 25th by electorate among the 54 localities of Boğazlıyan; it had 282 registered voters at the 2023 parliamentary election.
The village parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to İYİ Parti with 51.7%, while across Boğazlıyan the leading party was AK Parti with 34.2%, leaving İYİ Parti at 33.1%. The same divide shows in the presidential runoff: Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu took 57.3% here and 36.7% across the district. At the 2017 referendum 61.1% of the village voted 'no'; across the district that was 43.1%.
İYİ Parti stood at 6.1% at the 2018 parliamentary election and rose to 51.7% by 2023. At the 2024 local election the village went to CHP with 47.8%, while Boğazlıyan as a whole was won by AK Parti.
