Muftukisla ranks 52nd by electorate among the 54 localities of Boğazlıyan. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 84 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.
The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to MHP with 30 votes, while across Boğazlıyan the leading party was AK Parti, with MHP here running 20.5 points above its district average. In the presidential runoff, 47 of 57 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — 19.1 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 43 of 54 valid votes were 'yes' — 22.8 points above the district average.
At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to Yeniden Refah with 34 votes, while Boğazlıyan as a whole was won by AK Parti. Turnout at the 2024 local election was 68.9%, 18.0 points below the district average. The tightest race came at the 2019 local election: MHP took 23 votes to AK Parti's 18 — a margin of just 5 votes.
