Buyukkisla-Tandogan is one of the localities of Çandır. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 115 voters were registered there for the 2011 parliamentary election.
The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2011 parliamentary election it went to CHP with 54 votes, while across Çandır the leading party was AK Parti with 47.8%, leaving CHP at 23.9%. At the 2010 referendum 60 of 110 valid votes were 'yes'; across the district the 'yes' share was 59.5%.
At the 2009 local election the neighborhood went to AK Parti with 54 votes, while Çandır as a whole was won by MHP. Turnout at the 2009 local election was 94.1%, 12.3 points above the district average.
