Buyukkisla-Zafer is one of the localities of Çandır. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 89 voters were registered there for the 2011 parliamentary election.
The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2011 parliamentary election it went to MHP with 35 votes, while across Çandır the leading party was AK Parti with 47.8%, leaving MHP at 24.2%. At the 2010 referendum 49 of 87 valid votes were 'no'; across the district the 'no' share was 40.5%.
At the 2009 local election the neighborhood went to CHP with 29 votes, while Çandır as a whole was won by MHP. Turnout at the 2009 local election was 95.9%, 14.2 points above the district average.
