Cokradan is one of the localities of Çayıralan; it had 525 registered voters at the 2018 parliamentary election.
AK Parti took 49.3% in the village at that election. Across Çayıralan the same party stood at 50.8%, putting the village 1.5 points below the district average. In the presidential election Recep Tayyip Erdoğan took 66.5% here and 67.1% across the district. At the 2017 referendum 58.7% of the village voted 'yes'; across the district that was 64.0%.
The picture has not changed since 2014: AK Parti has finished first in all of the last 4 elections. Turnout at the 2014 local election was 57.1%, 12.4 points below the district average.
