Evciler ranks 29th by electorate among the 33 localities of Çayıralan; it had 96 registered voters at the 2023 parliamentary election.
The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to İYİ Parti with 89.5%, while across Çayıralan the leading party was AK Parti, with İYİ Parti here running 58.2 points above its district average. The same divide shows in the presidential runoff: Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu took 90.7% here, 58.8 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 98.2% of the neighborhood voted 'no' — 62.2 points above the district average.
At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to CHP with 59.7%, while Çayıralan as a whole was won by AK Parti. Turnout at the 2023 parliamentary election was 60.4%, 12.9 points below the district average. The tightest race came at the 2024 local election: CHP took 43 votes to AK Parti's 28 — a margin of just 15 votes. The electorate shrank from 157 registered voters in 2015 to 96 in 2023 — a change of about 39 percent.
