Evciler-Egemenlik is one of the localities of Çayıralan. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 216 voters were registered there for the 2011 parliamentary election.
The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2011 parliamentary election it went to CHP with 115 votes, while across Çayıralan the leading party was AK Parti with 55.9%, leaving CHP at 23.6%. At the 2010 referendum 261 of 263 valid votes were 'no'; across the district the 'no' share was 39.5%.
The picture has not changed since 2009: CHP has finished first in all of the last 4 elections. At the 2009 local election the neighborhood went to CHP with 101 votes, while Çayıralan as a whole was won by AK Parti. Turnout at the 2011 parliamentary election was 56.5%, 5.8 points below the district average.
