Evciler-Gultepe is one of the localities of Çayıralan. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 187 voters were registered there for the 2011 parliamentary election.
The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2011 parliamentary election it went to CHP with 105 votes, while across Çayıralan the leading party was AK Parti with 55.9%, leaving CHP at 23.6%. At the 2010 referendum 212 of 214 valid votes were 'no'; across the district the 'no' share was 39.5%.
The picture has not changed since 2009: CHP has finished first in all of the last 4 elections. At the 2009 local election the neighborhood went to CHP with 112 votes, while Çayıralan as a whole was won by AK Parti. Turnout at the 2009 local election was 64.5%, 6.8 points above the district average.
