How Demircialan votes

Demircialan ranks 29th by electorate among the 49 localities of Çekerek. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 127 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.

The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to İYİ Parti with 99 votes, while across Çekerek the leading party was AK Parti with 54.1%, leaving İYİ Parti at 20.1%. In the presidential runoff, 100 of 105 valid votes went to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu; across the district that share was 20.5%. At the 2017 referendum 93 of 97 valid votes were 'no'; across the district the 'no' share was 19.0%.

At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to CHP with 53 votes, while Çekerek as a whole was won by MHP. Turnout at the 2024 local election was 72.1%, 15.1 points below the district average.
