With 181 voters on the roll at the 2023 parliamentary election, Camsaray stands 19th among the 34 localities of Kadışehri, and its votes were cast at one ballot box.
The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to MHP with 81 votes, while across Kadışehri the leading party was AK Parti, with MHP here running 21.0 points above its district average. In the presidential runoff, 144 of 153 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — 7.2 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 158 of 169 valid votes were 'yes' — 8.9 points above the district average.
The electorate shrank from 289 registered voters in 2011 to 181 in 2023 — a change of about 37 percent. At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to MHP with 68 votes, while Kadışehri as a whole was won by AK Parti. Turnout at the 2023 parliamentary election was 94.5%, 5.4 points above the district average. The tightest race came at the 2019 local election: AK Parti took 69 votes to BBP's 63 — a margin of just 6 votes.
