How Hargasan votes

A single ballot box served Hargasan at the 2023 parliamentary election, with 79 registered voters; that places it 46th among the 74 localities of Yerköy.

The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to İYİ Parti with 24 votes, while across Yerköy the leading party was AK Parti, with İYİ Parti here running 5.7 points above its district average. In the presidential runoff, 54 of 67 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — 10.2 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 65 of 74 valid votes were 'yes' — 21.4 points above the district average.

The tightest race came at the 2023 parliamentary election: İYİ Parti took 24 votes to AK Parti's 22 — a margin of just 2 votes. Turnout at the 2024 local election was 93.1%, 10.8 points above the district average. At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to MHP with 36 votes, while Yerköy as a whole was won by AK Parti.
