How Hargasan votes

Hargasan ranks 46th by electorate among the 74 localities of Yerköy. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 79 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.

The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to İYİ Parti with 24 votes, while across Yerköy the leading party was AK Parti with 41.9%, leaving İYİ Parti at 29.1%. In the presidential runoff, 54 of 67 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan; across the district that share was 70.4%. At the 2017 referendum 65 of 74 valid votes were 'yes'; across the district the 'yes' share was 66.5%.

At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to MHP with 36 votes, while Yerköy as a whole was won by AK Parti. Turnout at the 2024 local election was 93.1%, 10.8 points above the district average.
