How Baydemirli-Baspinar votes

Baydemirli-Baspinar is one of the localities of Kahramanmaras Merkez; it had 590 registered voters at the 2011 parliamentary election.

AK Parti took 326 of the 406 valid votes cast in the neighborhood at that election (80.3%). That is almost exactly the district average. At the 2010 referendum 98.5% of the neighborhood voted 'yes' — 9.1 points above the district average.

At the 2009 local election the neighborhood went to BBP with 51.1%, while Kahramanmaras Merkez as a whole was won by AK Parti. Turnout at the 2011 parliamentary election was 69.2%, 21.2 points below the district average.
