How Karadere-Harmancik votes

Karadere-Harmancik is one of the localities of Kahramanmaras Merkez; it had 540 registered voters at the 2011 parliamentary election.

AK Parti took 418 of the 478 valid votes cast in the neighborhood at that election (87.4%). That puts the neighborhood 7.2 points above the party's district average. At the 2010 referendum 92.4% of the neighborhood voted 'yes' — 3.0 points above the district average.

The tightest race came at the 2009 local election: MHP took 157 votes to AK Parti's 156 — a margin of just 1 vote. At the 2009 local election the neighborhood went to MHP with 46.6%, while Kahramanmaras Merkez as a whole was won by AK Parti.
