How Karalar votes

Karalar is one of the localities of Şefaatli; it had 200 registered voters at the 2018 parliamentary election.

166 people voted at that election. AK Parti took the most votes with 104; MHP followed with 36. AK Parti's share here is 15.4 points above the district average. In the presidential election, 135 of 163 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — 16.0 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 138 of 164 valid votes were 'yes' — 19.8 points above the district average.

The tightest race came at the 2014 local election: MHP took 81 votes to AK Parti's 78 — a margin of just 3 votes.
