Kazliusagi ranks 26th by electorate among the 52 localities of Şefaatli. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 98 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.
The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to İYİ Parti with 38 votes, while across Şefaatli the leading party was AK Parti, with İYİ Parti here running 10.3 points above its district average. In the presidential runoff, 56 of 85 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — 3.2 points below the district average. At the 2017 referendum 44 of 74 valid votes were 'yes' — 4.9 points below the district average.
First place has changed hands 3 times here since 2009. The electorate shrank from 127 registered voters in 2011 to 98 in 2023 — a change of about 23 percent. The tightest race came at the 2015 parliamentary election: independents took 30 votes to AK Parti's 29 — a margin of just 1 vote. At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to İYİ Parti with 28 votes, while Şefaatli as a whole was won by AK Parti.
