Konakli is one of the localities of Şefaatli. The village has a single ballot box, and 40 voters were registered there for the 2018 parliamentary election.

In the presidential election, 28 of 36 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan; across the district that share was 66.8%.
